What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. Once your order is placed, your order is then being made. The fresher the batch, the better your enjoyment.

What does that look like?

  1. We begin by blending whole oats into our own fresh, homemade oat flour.

  2. The dough is carefully mixed and prepared in small batches.

  3. To ensure the best texture and flavor, the dough is chilled overnight.

  4. The following day, treats are baked to perfection and allowed to cool completely.

  5. Once cooled, each treat is individually packaged in cellophane and placed securely in boxes.

  6. Finished treats are refrigerated or frozen as needed, depending on whether the order is for pickup, local delivery, or shipment.

Our goal is to ensure your treats taste fresh once they’re in your hands.

A few things to keep in mind:

Trū Batch goods are made from scratch using thoughtfully selected ingredients and no artificial preservatives. To maintain peak freshness, please refrigerate if not enjoyed immediately.

For a soft, warm bite, remove treats from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for 15–30 minutes, depending on the Trū Batch flavor. Overnight resting at room temperature is also suitable.

Crafted with oat flour and no gluten, Trū Batch treats are best enjoyed at room temperature. Microwaving may compromise their texture, so we recommend allowing them to warm naturally for optimal flavor and consistency.
